A Quantitative Investigation on Awareness of Renewable Energy Building Technology in the United Arab Emirates

Sustainability in architecture engages a wide range of considerations the light significant negative impact buildings on environment. One aspect research this parlance technological and social dimensions building innovation, which promote use renewable technology as mitigation strategy. The challenge, however, is that end-users or clients do not always have sufficient awareness information regarding these technologies to guide their decision accept it. Consequently, diffusion said innovations slow, environmental problems they were invented solve persist at expense both humanity This study, therefore, focuses quantitative investigation ascertain level interest residents United Arab Emirates (UAE) Building Integrated Photovoltaics (BIPV) an example energy-based technology.
